Beef Smoked Sausage Basil Spinach Ravioli

Ingredients
1 Pack 14 OZ Queen City Beef Smoked Sausage
10 OZ Basil Pesto Sauce—Ideally Olive Oil Based
2 LBS Spinach Ravioli (Any favorite ravioli will do)
1 Large Bunch of Fresh Broccoli
Also consider adding fresh spinach at the very end. Mushrooms and fresh sliced onions are great options too. Garlic!!
Serves 6


Instructions
Medium skillet, fill 1/4 of the way up with water. Med-high heat to light boil. Add the ravioli. Cover to soften the ravioli. About 6 minutes. Let as much of the water cook off as possible. Add the Basil Pesto Sauce and fully coat the ravioli. Reduce heat to medium low. Slice the Beef Smoked Sausage into ½ inch pieces. Add to the skillet.Add the broccoli. Cook for another 4 minutes to slightly soften the broccoli. Stir as needed.
