Aunt Tillie’s Smoked Sausage & Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 Pack (5-6 Links) Favorite Queen City Sausage(s) Example; Smoked Sausage
1 Each 15 OZ Can Black Beans
2 Cups of Cooked Rice
12 OZ Salsa
2 Ounces Olive Oil
Pepper to Taste
Serves 4

Instructions
Heat the rice as label directed or use pre-cooked packet.  Use a non-stick skillet.  Add Olive Oil to Skillet.  Use medium heat.  Slice the sausages into 1” pieces and brown.  Add salsa.  Add black beans.  Add rice.  Finish with pepper.  Simmer to reduce liquid as needed and serve.
