Smoked Sausage Mushroom Dippers

This very simple and delicious appetizer is always well received!

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage.  Hot or mild.  Sliced

—8 OZ Portobello mushrooms.  Sliced

—2 TBLS Olive oil

—Dijon Mustard

—Spicy Mustard

—Rub spices: Dried mustard.  Paprika.  Black pepper/salt.  Garlic powder.  Onion powder.  Brown sugar

Directions

  1. Medium skillet.  Medium low heat.  Add the olive oil, sausage slices and mushrooms to brown

  2. Transfer the skillet ingredients into a serving bowl along with the the mustards and spices

  3. Encourage guests to experiment with the spices to dip the sausages into along with the mustards
