Toppings, Tapas, and Flatbread

Mediterranean vibes abound and are complimented by Cottage Ham!

Ingredients

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt).  Sliced thin

—1 PK 7.05 OZ Breadeli Rustic Flatbread—Italian Herb or favorite

—2 Large eggs

—1 OZ Olive oil

—3 OZ Mild banana pepper rings (Include pepperoncini and jalapeño-optional)

—1/2 Cup Mushrooms.  Sliced thin

Directions

  1. Large skillet.  Medium-low heat.  Add the olive oil

  2. Add the mushrooms and pepper rings to soften

  3. Take the flatbread, cut 2 circles out, using a large spice jar lid etc.

  4. Add the flatbread to the skillet along with the 2 cut-out circles

  5. Add the two eggs to the open holes in the bread and fry sunny side up

  6. Add the cottage ham to gently warm

  7. Add all ingredients as toppings to the flatbread

Yield:  2 Servings
