THE PERFECT APPETIZER

Ingredients

·         10 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Butt (Ham).  Shin sliced

·         2 Links Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage.  ½ inch slices

·         ½ LB Salami

·         ½ LB Pepperoni

·         4 OZ Super sharp cheddar cheese

·         4 OZ White sharp cheddar cheese

·         Green olives, black olives, grape tomatoes, grapes, and assorted lettuces for decoration

Directions

1.      This is a wreath themed appetizer.   Use a large round serving dish.  We placed a small bowl in the center to guide the arrangement into a circular effect

2.      Next, place the lettuces as the backdrop

3.      Let your own creativity and imagination guide you bot for ingredients and composition

4.      NOTE: The Queen City Cottage Ham is the real star of the show here.  Consider creating a honey-mustard topping to complete the deliciousness
