WICKED JALAPENO SMOKED SAUSAGE CORN DIP

Ingredients

·         1 PK-16 OZ Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeno Smoked Sausage

·         3 Jalapenos.  Sliced

·         1 PK 8OZ Cream Cheese.  Softened

·         3 Cans (15 OZ) Corn. Drained

·         1/3 Cup Mayonnaise

·         ½ Cup Shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions

1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2.      Lightly spray a 9 X 13 baking dish or pan

3.      Non-stick skillet, medium heat, cook sausage and jalapenos to brown

4.      Combine sausage, jalapenos, cream cheese, corn, mayo, and pepper jack cheese.  Add to the baking dish

5.      Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly

Yield: Serves 8 people as a dip.  6 people as a side.
