Super Quick Smoked Sausage Skillet Hash

Ingredients

·         1 PK- 14 OZ Queen City Sausage – Smoked Sausage.  Sliced

·         1 PK – 20 OZ Diced potatoes (Refrigerated)

·         4 OZ Cheddar cheese

·         1 Small onion.  Sliced

·         2 TBS. Butter

·         2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

1.       Large skillet, medium low heat.  Add butter

2.       Add sliced sausages and onions to brown

3.       Add olive oil

4.       Add the diced potatoes and mix as needed to brown
