Ultimate Smoked Sausage Dip

Ingredients
1 PK—14OZ Queen City Sausage, Beef Smoked Sausage—Diced
8 OZ Cream Cheese–Cubed
16 OZ Processed cheese product (Like Velveeta)–Cubed
16 OZ Favorite salsa–Drained
1 Can—15 OZ Whole kernel corn—Drained
2 OZ Olive oil


Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low heat. Add olive oil. Brown the sausages. Add the cream cheese, processed cheese, corn, and salsa with the sausages, low heat. Let the cheeses melt. Stir and blend all ingredients in the skillet. Serve in a decorative bowl or hollow out a loaf of gourmet bread. Accessorize with tortilla chips, crackers etc.
