Smoked Sausage Speedy Gumbo

Ingredients
4 Links: Queen City Sausage – Smoked Sausage (Hot is ideal, including QCS Wicked Ghost)
2 Cans: Progresso Chicken & Homestyle Noodles. 19 OZ ea.
1 Pack-16 OZ Gnocchi. (Italian potato dumplings)
1 LB. Raw shrimp. (Used Wild Caught, Private Selection, Argentine Reds)
1 Cup water
2 OZ Olive Oil
1 TBS Pepper
Yields 4-5 Servings

Instructions
Medium skillet. Medium – low heat. Add olive oil. Slice the sausage links on the bias. About ¼ inch thick. Add to the heated skillet to brown. Add the 2 cans of soup to the pan. Allow to thoroughly heat up slowly. Add the water and gnocchi. Allow the gnocchi to hydrate and soften. 12 minutes or so. Add the thawed shrimp just before serving. Do not over cook as the flavor will be lost. Top with pepper. Note: Feel free to add additional hot spices as desired. Serve immediately.
