8 OZ Thin sliced Smoked Cottage Ham (Pork Shoulder-Cottage Butt)
1 LB. Brussel-Sprouts
½ Cup Chicken stock
1 Small onion. Sliced or diced
3 OZ Italian dressing
1 OZ Olive oil
2 Splashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 TSP. Sea salt
1 TSP Coarse ground pepper
Yields 4-5 Servings
