Sauteed Italian Sausage & Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 LB. Queen City Sausage’ Italian. (Six Links)
1 LB. portabella mushrooms. Sliced thin
8 OZ Fresh spinach
½ Onion. Sliced
4 OZ. Italian dressing
1 OZ diced garlic
1 OZ Worcestershire sauce
2 TBS Olive oil
¼ Cup grated parmesan cheese
Serves 6


Instructions
Add oil to medium sized skillet. Medium – low heat. Add sausages to brown. Add onions, mushrooms, garlic and Italian dressing/Worcestershire sauce. Simmer. One minute before serving, add spinach. Garnish with parmesan and serve.
