Copycat Panera’s Grilled Mac & Cheese + Hickory Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
4 Links- Queen City Sausage—Smoked Sausage (Metts)
1 LB. Dried pasta shells
12 OZ Sharp white cheddar cheese. Shredded
8 Slices of thick Texas toast
2 Cups Whole milk
1 Cup heavy cream
¼ Cup all-purpose flour
4 TBS. Unsalted butter
2 OZ Olive Oil
2 TSP Dijon mustard
1 TSP kosher salt
Yields 4 Servings

Shredded. 8 Slices of thick Texas toast. 2 Cups Whole milk. 1 Cup heavy cream. ¼ Cup all-purpose flour. 4 TBS. Unsalted butter. 2 OZ Olive Oil. 2 TSP Dijon mustard. 1 TSP kosher salt. Note: there will be extra Mac & Cheese as a side dish.
