Bratwurst Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 LB. PK Queen City Sausage Bratwurst. Skinless or natural casing. Sliced into 1/2” pieces
1 LB. Russet potatoes. May substitute refrigerated-store-bought hashbrowns
16 OZ. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup sour cream
1 Medium onion. Diced
¼ Cup butter
¼ Cup Breadcrumbs
¼ TSP. Pepper
Yields 5-6 Servings


Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9” X 13” baking pan or oven safe dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly in pan/dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
