Beef Smoked Sausage Farfalle Pasta

Ingredients
3 Links, Queen City Sausage Smoked Beef Sausage. ½ inch slices
1 LB. Barilla farfalle pasta, aka “Bow-Tie.” Follow package instructions to prepare
1 10 OZ Jar Private Selection Basil Pesto
½ Red pepper. Sliced
1 Cup Fresh spinach
1 Medium zucchini. Quartered slices
2 OZ Olive oil
Yields 4-5 Servings

Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low heat. Add the olive oil and sausage slices to brown. Add the zucchini and red peppers to slightly soften. Add the basil pesto. Add the cooked pasta. Add the spinach. Stir to blend and serve.
