Wicked Ghost Hot Smoked Sausage with Dirty Rice

Ingredients
1 PK 14 OZ Queen City’ Wicked Ghost Hot Smoked Sausages–Chopped
2 PK – 8.5 OZ Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice
2 Cans-15.25 OZ Black Beans
1 Red Pepper-Sliced
½ Onion—Sliced
1 TBS Hot Seasoning Powder
1 TBS Black Pepper
2 OZ Olive Oil
Serves 5


Instructions
Medium Skillet, medium-low heat. Add the olive oil, black pepper, and hot seasoning powder. Add the chopped Wicked Hot sausages. Brown and stir. Add onions and red pepper. Add black beans. Add rice. Stir and serve.
