Smoked Sausage Country Boil Skillet Version

Ingredients
1 PK, 14 OZ. Queen City Sausage (Your Favorite Variety—Brats too!)
4 EA. Large Ears of Farm Fresh Corn on the Cob
8 Redskin Potatoes
1 Can of Green Beans 14.5 OZ
½ Sliced Onion
3 OZ Melted Butter
3 OZ Water
2 OZ Olive Oil
1 TBS Pepper
Server 5-6


Instructions
Medium skillet. Medium-low heat. Add the olive oil. Slice the sausage links on the bias, about 1/2 “ thick. Add to the skillet to brown. Microwave the 4 ears of corn (husk on), on high for about 15 minutes. When done, remove the husk and cut into 1.5” pieces. Add to the skillet. Add onions. Add water to steam. Poke the potatoes with a fork. Microwave the potatoes for about 6-8 minutes. Slice in quarters when done. Add to the skillet. Add the green beans, butter, and pepper. Cover for about 5 minutes.
