Savory Wicked Jalapeno Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 Pack (14 OZ) Queen City Sausage Wicked Jalapeno Smoked Sausage
16 OZ White and Dark Meat Chicken-small slices. We used fully Cooked Sam’s Rotisserie Chicken
1 Jar (38 OZ) Pace, or Favorite Salsa
1 PK (8.5 OZ) Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice
12 OZ water
½ Onion-Sliced
6 Small Tomatoes-Quartered
1 Red Bell Pepper-Sliced
2 TBL Olive Oil
4 TBL Butter
1 TPS Cumin
1 TPS Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 TPS Frying Pig Brand Wing Fling Seasoning
Serves 5-6


Instructions
Medium, non-stick skillet-Low heat. Add olive oil to coat the skillet. Next add the chicken. Mix well and lightly brown. Add the onions, pepper, and bell pepper. Add the salsa. Stir. Simmer. Add the tomatoes and water. Add the rice, cumin, butter and Frying Pig Wing Fling seasoning. Simmer. Add the Wicked Jalapeno Smoked Sausage.
