Sausage Cheddar Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
1 PK – 14-16 OZ Favorite Queen City Sausage. We used our Dinner Frank here. Diced
2 Cups Diced Portabella Mushrooms
3 Large Eggs. Beaten
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
½ Cup Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Diced Red Onion
¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
½ TSP Salt
¼ TSP Cumin
¼ TSP Coarse Ground Pepper
2 TSP Olive Oil
6 Hamburger Buns
Serves 6


Instructions
In a large bowl, blend in the first 10 ingredients. Mix well. Form mixture into 6 patties. In a large non-stick skillet, add the olive oil. Medium heat. Add the patties. Brown each side, about 4 minutes.
