French Onion Beef Sausage Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 PK-14 OZ Queen City Sausage Skinless Smoked Beef—Sliced on the bias
10 OZ Pad Thai Noodles
2 Containers (16 OZ Each) Beef Broth
2 Red Onions—Sliced
6 Scallions—Diced
3TBS Butter
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Minced Garlic
1, 4” Piece of Ginger-Diced
1 TSP Kosher Salt
1 TPS Chinese 5 Spice
1 Cup Dry White Wine
4 OZ Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Asiago cheese slices and basil flakes for garnish
Serves 4-5


Instructions
Large pot or skillet. Medium heat. Add oil, onions, scallions, salt, pepper, Chinese 5 Spice, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add sausages. Simmer. Add beef broth. Cover pot or skillet. Simmer. In a separate pot, bring the noodles to a boil. Follow package directions. Drain and rinse. Add to skillet/pot. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Low heat.
