Wicked Ghost Hot Sausage, Ham and Roast Beef Appetizer Platter

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Ham
  • 8 OZ Queen City Sausage Slow Cooked Roast Beef
  • 1 Pack-14 OZ Wicked Ghost Hot Sausages – Sliced ½” on the bias
  • 8 OZ Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese—Sliced
  • 4 OZ Swiss Cheese–Sliced
  • 1 Cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup Portabella Mushrooms – Sliced
  • Crackers
  • 3 OZ Italian Dressing—For dipping
  • 3 OZ Stone Ground Mustard—For dipping
  • 2 OZ Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Medium skillet, medium heat. Add olive oil. Add sausages. Brown the sausages
  2. Roll up the ham and roast beef place on a medium-large platter. 2.5” H pieces
  3. Add the cheeses, mushrooms, and broccoli
  4. Add the crackers
  5. Add the Wicked Ghost slices. We like them formed back into links
