Cincinnati has its very own chili, and it is made even better with our smoked sausages.
INGREDIENTS
14OZ Pack Skinless Queen City Sausage’ Smoked Sausage (6 Links)
6 OZ Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced and Chunked
6 Each Hot Dog Buns (We like Klosterman)
15 OZ Can of Favorite Cincinnati Chili
½ Red Onion-sliced
2 OZ Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
In a medium skillet, medium heat, brown the sausages
Heat the Cincinnati Chili-stove top or microwave
Slice and crumble the cheese
Add the heated sausages to the buns, cover with chili, add onions
Top with very generous amounts of cheese
