Super Quick Beef Smoked Sausage & Veggies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Each, 14 OZ Pack Queen City Beef Smoked Sausage
  • 10 OZ Fresh Broccoli
  • 8 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
  • ½ Sliced Red Onion
  • 8 OZ Soy Vay-Veri Veri Teriyaki (Less Sodium)
  • 2 OZ Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Medium Skillet, medium heat.
  2. Slice the sausage links into ½ inch pieces.
  3. Add olive oil and sliced sausages. Brown the sausages.
  4. Add mushrooms and onions.
  5. Add the Teriyaki sauce.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Add the broccoli. Broccoli is best when only slightly cooked and still firm.
  8. Cover for 5 minutes on low heat.

Serves 4-5
