Smoked Sausage Power Greens Garden Medley

Power up with our amazing smoked sausage and these very special rotinis!



  • 1 Each 14 OZ Pack Queen City Smoked Sausage (Any favorite Queen City Sausage will work)
  • 12 OZ Ronzoni Super Greens Rotini
  • 8 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
  • 8 OZ Italian Dressing
  • 1 OZ Worcestershire Sauce (Optional)
  • 2 OZ Olive Oil
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 6 OZ Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 OZ Parmesan Cheese


  1. Medium Skillet, medium heat, add the olive oil to brown the sausage links.
  2. Slice the sausages into ½ inch thick slices. Add to the skillet and brown.
  3. Add the water. Simmer.
  4. Add the rotini. Soften. Let most of the water absorb and evaporate.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes. Stir occasionally.
  6. Add the Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce. (May substitute spaghetti sauce).
  7. Cover and let cook on low for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Dust with the parmesan cheese.
