Sausage Mango Salsa with Black Bean and Wild Rice

We are in love! Not only with the delicious sausages we craft, but we have just discovered the wonders of mango salsa.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack, 14 OZ Queen City Sausage’ Beef Smoked Sausage. We mixed in our premium Cincinnati’s Hot Dog for fun. Slice on the bias, ¼”.
  • 12 OZ Members Mark (Sam’s) Mango Salsa
  • 1 Can, 15.25 OZ Black Beans
  • 1 Pack, 8.5 OZ Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice
  • 4 OZ Sour Cream
  • 3 OZ Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Medium, non-stick skillet, medium heat
  2. Add the olive oil and sausages to quickly brown. Reduce heat to medium-low
  3.  Add the black beans
  4. Add the rice
  5. Add the mango salsa
  6. Stir and mix well. Serve when all ingredients are heated
  7. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream
