Sausage Cheddar Mushroom Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 PK – 14-16 OZ Favorite Queen City Sausage. We used our Dinner Frank here. Diced
  • 2 Cups Diced Portabella Mushrooms
  • 3 Large Eggs. Beaten
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Diced Red Onion
  • ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ TSP Salt
  • ¼ TSP Cumin
  • ¼ TSP Coarse Ground Pepper
  • 2 TSP Olive Oil
  • 6 Hamburger Buns

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, blend in the first 10 ingredients. Mix well. Form mixture into 6 patties
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, add the olive oil. Medium heat. Add the patties
  3. Brown each side, about 4 minutes
