Roast Beef, Ravioli, Gnocchi One Skillet

Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious!



  • 10 OZ Queen City Sausage Slow Cooked Roast Beef—Sliced thin
  • 16 OZ Cheese Ravioli
  • 16 OZ Gnocchi
  • 16 OZ Spaghetti Sauce (Or Salsa)
  • 8 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 OZ Sliced Red Peppers
  • ½ Sliced Red Onion

Serves 4 – 5


  1. Medium skillet, medium heat.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add ravioli and gnocchi.
  4. Add Mushrooms, red onions, and red peppers.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. Minutes before serving, break up the roast beef slices and add. Note: Do not overcook the roast beef.
