Roast Beef, Ravioli, Gnocchi One Skillet
Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 10 OZ Queen City Sausage Slow Cooked Roast Beef—Sliced thin
- 16 OZ Cheese Ravioli
- 16 OZ Gnocchi
- 16 OZ Spaghetti Sauce (Or Salsa)
- 8 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
- 4 OZ Sliced Red Peppers
- ½ Sliced Red Onion
Serves 4 – 5
DIRECTIONS
- Medium skillet, medium heat.
- Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Add ravioli and gnocchi.
- Add Mushrooms, red onions, and red peppers.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Minutes before serving, break up the roast beef slices and add. Note: Do not overcook the roast beef.
