Roast Beef, Ravioli, Gnocchi One Skillet
Roast Beef, Ravioli, Gnocchi One Skillet
Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious!
INGREDIENTS
10 OZ Queen City Sausage Slow Cooked Roast Beef—Sliced thin
16 OZ Cheese Ravioli
16 OZ Gnocchi
16 OZ Spaghetti Sauce (Or Salsa)
8 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
4 OZ Sliced Red Peppers
½ Sliced Red Onion
Serves 4 – 5
DIRECTIONS
Medium skillet, medium heat.
Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Add ravioli and gnocchi.
Add Mushrooms, red onions, and red peppers.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Minutes before serving, break up the roast beef slices and add. Note: Do not overcook the roast beef.
