We adore the old fashioned deli meats we make. Deli Meats include Pickle Loaf, Pepper Loaf, Dutch Loaf, Leona and more. This recipe offers a new fresh, and creative way to enjoy these timeless classic meats in updated wraps. Ideal for parties too.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 LBS Assorted Queen City Sausage Deli Meats: Pickle loaf, Pepper Loaf, Dutch Loaf, and Leona. May add Queen City Ham and Roast Beef
- 1 PK 8 Wraps OLE’ Xtreme Wellness Spinach & Herbs Tortilla Wraps
- 1 Bunch of Bib Lettuce
- 8 OZ Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Grated or Block.
- 6 OZ Salsa
- ½ Red Onion Sliced.
- Mustard
- Italian Dressing (Dipping)
Makes 8 whole wraps. 16 haves.
INSTRUCTIONS
Lay out the wraps. Add lettuce. Add Cheese. Add salsa. Add onions. Add deli meats as desired. Fold filled wraps. Cut wraps on the bias in ½. Stack in dishes as shown. Try the Italian dressing as a dipping sauce.
