One Skillet – Smoked Sausage and Tortilini

In a hurry?  Need something super quick and easy?  This is it.  Beyond delicious!


  • 1 PK 14 OZ Queen City Smoked Sausage (OK to Substitute any Queen City Sausage such as brats) Sliced to 1” thickness
  • 1 LB Tortellini
  • 8 OZ Mushrooms
  • 12 OZ Fresh Asparagus
  • ½ Red Onion Sliced
  • 5 OZ Italian Dressing
  • 3 TBL Olive Oil
  • 1 TBL Worcestershire Sauce


Medium sized skillet.  Warm skillet to medium low.  Add olive oil.  Add sausages, onions, mushrooms.  Brown and stir.  Add Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce.  Stir and cover.  Add the tortellini.  Stir. Add the asparagus 5 minutes before serving.
