One Skillet – Smoked Beef Sausage & Power Greens Rotini

Simplicity and extreme flavor rule here.  Our Beef Smoked Sausage speaks for itself but when we added the recently discovered Ronzoni SuperGreens® a huge smile appeared on our faces.


  • 1 Each 14 OZ Pack Queen City Sausage Beef Smoked Sausage (Any Favorite Queen City Sausage will work)
  • 12 OZ Ronzoni SuperGreens Rotini
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Spinach
  • 6 OZ Italian Dressing
  • 2 TBL Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 4 TBL Parmesan Cheese
  • Pepper to Taste


Medium, non-stick skillet.  Medium heat.  Add olive oil and sliced onion.  Slice sausage links into 1” portions and add.  Brown and stir.  Blend in rotini and begin adding water.  Stir and cover.  Once the rotini softens, add the Italian dressing.  Reduce heat to low.  Add the spinach, top with parmesan, pepper and serve.
