One Skillet – Cottage Ham & Wicked Habanero Hot Sausage
Cottage Hams (Pork Butt) are from the pork shoulder and when smoked with hickory wood, the flavor is extrodinary. We couldn’t resist spicing up this recipe with our new Wicked Habanero Hot Sausage.
- 12 OZ Thin Sliced Cottage Ham
- 1 PK 14 OZ Queen City Wicked Habanero
- 1 LB Fresh Green Beans
- ½ Sliced Medium Red Onion
- 8 OZ Mushrooms
- 3 TBS Olive Oil
- 4 OZ Italian Dressing
Medium size skillet, medium-low heat. Add olive oil, 1” Wicked Habanero slices, onions, and mushrooms to brown. Add Italian dressing. Add sliced Cottage Ham and serve. Note: Cottage Ham is best when added last and gently heated by the ingredients. Flavor is lost immediately if over cooked.
