One Hour Noodle Bowls

Enjoy this Asian inspired treat!



  • 1 Each, 14 OZ. Pack of Queen City Sausage Skinless Beef Smoked Sausages. (Any favorite, QCS sausage will do nicely).
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 LB. Ground Pork
  • 1 LB. Straight Cut Rice Noodles
  • 2 TBS. Soy Bean Paste
  • ΒΌ Cup Diced Red Onions
  • 1 TBS. Diced Ginger
  • 1/2 Cup of Soy Vee-Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
  • 2 TBS. Diced Garlic
  • 4 Medium Tomatoes

Serves 6.


Place noodles in a bowl. Add very hot tap water to cover noodles. Stir. Let rest for 25 minutes. Scramble eggs, remove and keep warm. In a medium skillet, medium heat, add ground pork to brown. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir and mix well with pork. Add Teriyaki sauce and bean paste. Mix well. Add beef sausages. Gather 6 bowls. Add noodles. Add eggs, tomatoes, beef sausages, and ground pork mixture on top of noodles. Add additional warmed sauce as needed.
