This recipe defines Cincinnati perfectly. Goetta meets Cincinnati style chili and the rest is history. It’s not just a little good. Goetta and Chili are in love here. This creation came to us, via our friends at Camp Washington Chili. Camp Chili is a long time Queen City Goetta customer and launched this most wonderful dish.
- 1 Each-One Pound Roll of Queen City Goetta
- 1 can-15 OZ Favorite Cincinnati Chili (We recommend Camp Washington Chili)
- ½ Red Onion, Diced
- 8 OZ Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced very thin.
Remove the package from the Goetta roll and slice into 8 patties. In a non-stick skillet, heat to medium and add Goetta patties. Brown both sides thoroughly. While Goetta is browning, warm the chili in the microwave. When Goetta is finished, remove and plate, 3-4 patties per plate. Add chili. Add Onions. Top with cheese.
