Serves 4-5.
In a medium, non-stick skillet, medium heat, add olive oil. Add Brussel sprouts to soften. Add ¼ cup of water. Cover. Simmer and stir occasionally for 14 minutes. Add the Soy Vey sauce. Slice the sausage links into 1/2” pieces. Add to heated skillet. Stir and cover. Microwave rice per package instructions. Add heated rice to each bowl. Add Brussel sprouts. Add sausages. Add more Soy Vee as desired.
