Beef Smoked Sausage Pesto Ravioli

Super quick! Super Easy! Super delicious and One Skillet too!



  • 1 PK 14 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Beef Sausage
  • 19 OZ Sam’s Member’s Mark Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli (19 OZ). Or favorite Ravioli. Heat and hydrate the ravioli in a bowl hot water
  • 10 OZ Sam’s Member’s Mark Fresh Picked Basil Pesto. Or favorite pesto
  • 6 OZ BelGioioso Shaved Asiago, Parmesan, and Romano (Sam’s). Or favorite cheese
  • ½ Red Onion–diced
  • 8 OZ Fresh Spinach (Optional)
  • 4 OZ Sliced Mushrooms
  • ½ Red Pepper—Sliced
  • 1 OZ Olive Oil
  • 1 TPS Coarse Ground Pepper


  1. Medium skillet. Medium heat. Add Olive oil to coat
  2. Dice the sausage links, onions, mushrooms, peppers: Add to skillet. Stir to brown
  3. Reduce the heat to low. Add the pesto. Mix in
  4. Add the warmed and hydrated ravioli. Stir to blend gently
  5. Add the fresh spinach if desired. Stir. Cover for 5 minutes
  6. Add the shredded cheese to garnish
