Queen City Sausage has been manufacturing delicious Sausages, Lunch Meat, and Hams since 1965. Elmer J. Hensler, founder and owner of Queen City Sausage started this company on three principles: 1) Give our customers the highest quality of German sausages. 2) Give our customers the best service possible. 3) Give our customers product at a fair price. Today in 2004, Mr. Hensler and the employees of Queen City Sausage still stand by these three principles that the company started with. We still do this because, we don't want to be the biggest sausage company, We Want To Make The Best Sausage Possible For Our Customers! We think that the way to accomplish this is to make sausage the way it should be made, using lean cuts of pork and beef in all of our sausages. There will never be any poultry in Queen City Sausage products because we feel the quality of the product does not meet our standards for our customers. To this day, we still hand mix all of our spices to give our loyal customers a very consistent quality product all the time. Over the years, Queen City Sausage has had to expand our plant 7 times and invested in state of the art sausage making equipment to keep up with the tremendous customer demand for our product.
